Tasting : crystalline eau de vie because it has not been oak-aged. The Blanche is bottled 3 months after the distillation, and it remains as clear as when it’s out of the still. Mainly consumed in a
«TrouGascon» or in a cocktail, or just chilled as an aperitifor after-dinner liqueur.
Colour : translucentwhite
Nose : intense nose, very fruity aromas dominated by banana and pear, very floral and then with white flowers and acacia hints.
Mouth : this Blanche is balanced, we mainly find floral and white fresh fruit hints. A fruity, flowery and intense eau de vie.
